Phone number, ZIP, address, appliance, symptom — that is the entire list the form asks for.
The booking form takes a phone number, ZIP, the service address, the appliance type, a preferred window and a description of the problem. No name or email is required. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which passes the submission to the shop’s mailbox and keeps no copy for the shop’s purposes.
To call you back, schedule the visit, bring the likely part, and write the keeper’s log for your machine. Contact details stay in the shop’s own scheduling records and are not sold, shared with advertisers or passed to any third party except a parts supplier when a part must be shipped to the service address.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the request in the ordinary way a font server does. Phone calls to the shop are not recorded.
Ask on the phone or by writing to the shop’s Browns Point address and your contact details will be read back, corrected or deleted from the scheduling records. Repair logs are kept so a return visit can build on the last one; you may ask for yours to be removed as well.
